Tator Tot Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 pints green beans, drained*
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1-16 oz. pkg. tator tots
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a frying pan brown ground beef with onion. In a mixing bowl combine cooked ground beef and onion, green beans, mushroom soup, milk and salt and pepper. Stir well and pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place tator tots evenly on top of meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 45 minutes.

*We bottle our green beans from the garden but you can use canned green beans from the store instead.
