This was a really cute and super easy cake that I made to take down to my Mom’s for Easter. Just make the cake according to the instructions on the box. After the cake is done baking let the cake cool and then frost it with white frosting and immediately pour the grass (coconut colored green with food coloring) on top of the frosting and press it down just a little. Add bunny peeps and jelly bean or speckled eggs and you have a fun and cute Easter cake. I also used a chocolate cake so that when you dig in it looks like dirt.
