Creamy Potato & Broccoli Soup

3 Tbsp. Butter
5 Medium Potatoes, peeled and cubed.
1/2 small onion, chopped fin
ely
1 tsp. minced garlic

5 C. Chicken broth
1 C. Half and Half

2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 C. Grated Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper

In a large fry pan, melt the butter. Add cubed potatoes, onions, and garlic. Saute until potatoes become fork tender (roughly 6-8 min), and put into a large pot. Add 5 cups of chicken broth, and broccoli florets, and bring t
o a boil. Boil until potatoes are completely tender. Take the 2 Tablespoons of flour and mix it into the 1 cup half and half (use a hand mixer to avoid clumps), after mixed well pour into the pot. Bring the soup to a boil again, and add the Worcestershire sauce, and grated cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve.
